The Consultation

We recognise that how you view our business is in fact, reality.

We recognise that your requirement is for us to satisfy your vehicle branding aspirations and get it right first time.

A proper understanding of the customer’s brief – a crucial first step.

At Mediafleet that is achieved through implementing a comprehensive ‘customer care programme’ that starts with the initial consultation.

Communication is key, so we do more listening than talking. We encourage innovative thought and collaboration, so we’ll work with you to agree a project plan you’re happy with.

What customers ‘think they want’ is often based on what they think is available. My role is to describe the Mediafleet approach that will solve the problems they may not have even thought about.

Zak Karrouze - Head of Customer Development

The Mediafleet project planning process involves determining the ‘What’, ‘How’, ‘When’ and ‘Who’ of the project.

It considers the customer goals allied to the operational methodologies and reporting procedures of our supply chain partners.

  • The ‘What’ focusses on the project objectives – design intricacies, the vehicle numbers, locations, and the time frames involved.
  • The ‘How’ considerations are principally concerned with identifying and ensuring the necessary resource is in place to deliver the objectives both from a Mediafleet and customer perspective.
  • The ‘Who’ concerns the team members needed to deliver the customer objectives. This may include all aspects of the Mediafleet ‘Scope of Service’ from design through to application and beyond.
  • The ‘When’ involves generating a schedule that is realistic and will deliver your objectives.
